Ürünlerin Hammaddesi

This product is made in prime quality medical grade stainless steels. And this materials mainly consists of stainless steel grade 410 , 420 , AISI 304 which imported from Japan , France and Germany.  


Grade 410 stainless steels are general-purpose martensitic stainless steels containing 11.5% chromium, which provide good corrosion resistance properties. However, the corrosion resistance of grade 410 steels can be further enhanced by a series of processes such as hardening, tempering and polishing. Quenching and tempering can harden grade 410 steels. They are generally used for applications involving mild corrosion, heat resistance and high strength.Martensitic stainless steels are fabricated using techniques that require final heat treatment. These grades are less resistant to corrosion when compared to that of austenitic grades. Their operating temperatures are often affected by their loss of strength at high temperatures, due to over-tempering and loss of ductility at sub-zero temperatures.                                                                                                     

Grade 420 stainless steel is a high-carbon steel with a minimum chromium content of 12%. Like any other stainless steel, grade 420 can also be hardened through heat treatment. It offers good ductility in its annealed state and excellent corrosion resistance properties when the metal is polished, surface grounded or hardened. This grade has the highest hardness - 50HRC - among all the stainless steel grades with 12% chromium.Stainless steel grades that are similar to grade 420 stainless steels include martensitic steels such as the other versions of grade 420, having vanadium, sulphur and molybdenum in their composition, and the grade 440 series. Non-standard grade 420C has carbon content that is little higher than that of grade 420. Martensitic stainless steels are ones with high hardness and high carbon content. These steels are generally fabricated using methods that require hardening and tempering treatments. The operating conditions of martensitic steels are affected by loss of material’s strength at high temperatures, and decrease in ductility at negative temperatures.                                  

 Grade 304 Stainless steel is one of the most versatile and commonly used stainless steels on the market, and is the most standard used alloy of this type. Grade 304 is essentially an austenitic chromium alloy which is also called an “18/8” stainless because the make-up of the steel is 8% nickel and 18% chromium.The chromium content promotes the significant resistance of the material to the effects of oxidation and corrosion. In addition to being resistant to most oxidizing acids, the stainless steel alloy can tolerate ordinary rusting though the steel will tarnish over time. The steel has to be cold worked in order to create higher tensile strength. For heavily welded stainless steel sections heavily, post-weld annealing may be required to offer maximum corrosive resistance.Type 304 Stainless Steel has deep drawing and excellent welding characteristics – it is easy to clean, easy to fabricate, and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Ürünlerin Bakım ve Sterilizasyonu

·      Clean and lubricate the brand-new instruments before the first sterilization.

·      After use, disinfect, clean, lubricate and sterilize the instruments as soon as possible.

·      Disinfect chemo-thermally, thermally or by immersing into a combined disinfecting and cleaning solution,

·      Delicate instruments can be cleaned by ultrasonic treatment.

·      Rinse thoroughly and carefully after cleaning. If possible, use dematerialized water.

·      Dry sufficiently rinsing.

·      Treat the instruments with join, ratchets or threads with lubricating agent based on paraffin oil.

·      Follow the sterilization; only close the first ratchet on the instruments.

·      Normally, autoclaving is performed with deionized water steam of 134⁰C.

·      When instruments are hot-air sterilized, the temperature should be between 180⁰C and 200⁰C.

·      Corroded instruments should be discarded immediately.
